Please Come join us this Saturday 4-6pm to taste the reflective, aquatic, purely energetic wines of Slow Dance.
Graham will be pouring his new releases, each of them long journeys to the heart of California. These wines are tasty, and we only get a very tiny amount each year, so come see the news from the berry.
“I started in wine when I was 20 working at a tea shop learning flavors, smell, tastes. Eventually moved into hospitality and then started making wine when I was 22. I lived in Chile and France in 2016 learning from Louie Antoine Luyt and Laurent Saillard. I started slow dance in 2018 off of a half acre of Pinot Noir vines in Petaluma that I was farming. Continuing to farm and work with Les Lunes to develop my approach with wine.“ ~ Graham Shelton
